Jason Harman, born in Yorkshire, England, in the days when this really meant something, was raised in Harpenden, a quiet English town once home to director Stanley Kubrik, comedian Eric Morecombe and a good number of the Arsenal football team.

Studying International Development at UEA and with aspirations of saving the world, he decided to let the world look after itself and went into the steel industry – the world proceeded to go into recession. After studying management in Berlin, he briefly worked in the tech sector just before the e-commerce bubble burst.

Opting not to be a sock in any more economic cycles, he joined the relatively safe and decidedlMorey warm and cuddly education & training community and has been bemusing university students and seminar participants for many years in Germany and Switzerland. 

He currently lives in Hamburg with his German wife and two children.
