Tristian Smith is a retired Army Officer, author, and passionate advocate for foster youth. With over a decade of experience as an Army Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Defense officer, Tristian brings a unique perspective to resilience and overcoming adversity. Raised in the foster care system, he navigated over 25 foster homes, attending 13 different schools across four cities, and has used those experiences as a driving force to inspire others. His memoir, Against All Odds, chronicles this extraordinary journey, offering a heartfelt look at surviving loss, abuse, and uncertainty, while finding purpose and strength in the most challenging of circumstances.
