When I’m not lost in words, you can usually find me outdoors, soaking up nature — whether I’m walking, hiking, curled up with a good book, or just enjoying a cup of coffee while taking it all in. On those rainy or chilly days, I’m all about cozying up inside with a great read, playinMoreg with my adorable kitties, chatting with my wonderful partner, or getting creative in the kitchen as we whip up new dishes together.

Life is pretty peaceful for me these days. I’ve learned to not let emotions overwhelm me but to observe them instead. For instance, when I feel irritation bubbling up, I take a moment to dig into what’s causing it and gently work through it. This is just one of the many mindful practices I share in my book series.
