Hello,

After retiring from a career in law enforcement, I entered the field of education   (high school and later college).  After obtaining my teaching credential, my supervisor felt that my law enforcement background would be a good fit for assignment in our county's juvenile detention facility where I served for 15+ years.  I was later requested to create our county's first ever military-style boot-camp academy for our most incorrigible students as a "school of last chance."  I had my "cadets" start writing weekly in their journals with the promise that I would someday get their "words" published in hopes of their inspirational ideas helping other juvenilMoree delinquents turn their lives around. This culminated with the publishing of my second non-fiction book, Hitting Rock Bottom, which became a best-seller on Amazon.  From there, I caught the bug and to date, have successfully published nine Jeannie Loomis thriller novels, two of which are being considered as possible feature films.  I hope this entices you to give my novels a look.
